【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestherequirementsoflubricatingengineoils(hereinafterreferredtoas“four-strokeengineoils”)tobeusedinfour-strokecyclesparkignitiongasolineenginesemployingacommonsumpcontainingthelubricatingoilforboththeengineandassociateddrivetrain(transmission,clutch,starter)ofmotorcycles,motorscooters,all-terrainvehicles(ATVs)andrelatedequipment.Classificationoffour-strokeengineoilsisdefinedinISO6743-15[1].AmongallofthecategoriescoveredbyISO6743-15,thisInternationalStandardincludescategoriesEMAandEMB.ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestheperformanceclassificationoffour-strokecyclegasolineengineoilsbasedonphysicalandchemicalproperties,andthreefrictionperformanceindices,whicharederivedfromthefrictionalpropertiesofthelubricant,accordingtotheJASOT904testprocedure1).NOTEForthepurposesofthisInternationalStandard,theterm“%(m/m)”isusedtorepresentthemassfraction.
