【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamacro-methodandasemi-micromethodforthedeterminationofni-trogeninrawnaturalrubberandinnaturalrubberlatexusingvariantsoftheKjeldahlprocess.NOTE1Thedeterminationofnitrogeninnaturalrubberisusuallycarriedoutinordertoarriveatanestimateoftheproteincontent.Minoramountsofnon-proteinousnitrogen-containingconstituentsarealsopresent,however,andinthedrysolidspreparedfromnaturalrubberlatexthesema-terialscanmakeasubstantialcontributiontothetotalnitro-gencontent.
