【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardlaysdownrequirementsforthedesignqualificationandtypeapprovalofterrestrialthin-filmphotovoltaicmodulessuitableforlong-termoperationinmoderateopen-airclimatesasdefinedinIEC721-2-1.Itiswrittenwithamorphoussilicontechnologyinmind,butmayalsobeapplicabletootherthin-filmPVmodules.Modificationstothistestsequencemaybenecessaryduetothespecificcharacteristicsoftheseothernewtechnologies.ThetestsequenceisbasedlargelyonthatspecifiedinIEC1215forthedesignqualificationandtypeapprovalofterrestrialcrystallinesiliconPVmodules.However,somechangeshavebeenmadetoaccountforthespecialfeaturesofamorphoussiliconthin-filmmodules.Light-soakingisusedtoseparatelight-induceddegradationfromotherdegradationmechanisms,andtoprovidethemaximumpowerattheendofthetestsequenceasanestimateofthelong-termperformanceofthin-filmmodules.Modulesareannealedbeforethermalcyclinganddampheattestsinordertoseparatetheannealingeffectsfromanydegradationresultingfromthesetests.Forthin-filmtechnologiesotherthanamorphoussilicon,pretreatmentssuchaslight-soakingandannealingmaydifferormayproveunnecessary.Awetleakagecurrenttesthasbeenaddedbecausealltypesofthin-filmmodulesaresusceptibletomoisture-inducedcorrosion.Theobjectofthistestsequenceistodeterminetheelectricalandthermalcharacteristicsofthemoduleandtoshow,asfaraspossiblewithinreasonableconstraintsofcostandtime,thatthemoduleiscapableofwithstandingprolongedexposureinclimatesdescribedinthescope.Theactuallifeexpectancyofmodulessoqualifiedwilldependontheirdesign,theirenvironmentandtheconditionsunderwhichtheyareoperated.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytomodulesusedwithconcentrators.

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardlaysdownrequirementsforthedesignqualificationandtypeapprovalofterrestrialthin-filmphotovoltaicmodulessuitableforlong-termoperationinmoderateopen-airclimatesasdefinedinIEC721-2-1.Itiswrittenwithamorphoussilicontechnologyinmind,butmayalsobeapplicabletootherthin-filmPVmodules.Modificationstothistestsequencemaybenecessaryduetothespecificcharacteristicsoftheseothernewtechnologies.ThetestsequenceisbasedlargelyonthatspecifiedinIEC1215forthedesignqualificationandtypeapprovalofterrestrialcrystallinesiliconPVmodules.However,somechangeshavebeenmadetoaccountforthespecialfeaturesofamorphoussiliconthin-filmmodules.Light-soakingisusedtoseparatelight-induceddegradationfromotherdegradationmechanisms,andtoprovidethemaximumpowerattheendofthetestsequenceasanestimateofthelong-termperformanceofthin-filmmodules.Modulesareannealedbeforethermalcyclinganddampheattestsinordertoseparatetheannealingeffectsfromanydegradationresultingfromthesetests.Forthin-filmtechnologiesotherthanamorphoussilicon,pretreatmentssuchaslight-soakingandannealingmaydifferormayproveunnecessary.Awetleakagecurrenttesthasbeenaddedbecausealltypesofthin-filmmodulesaresusceptibletomoisture-inducedcorrosion.Theobjectofthistestsequenceistodeterminetheelectricalandthermalcharacteristicsofthemoduleandtoshow,asfaraspossiblewithinreasonableconstraintsofcostandtime,thatthemoduleiscapableofwithstandingprolongedexposureinclimatesdescribedinthescope.Theactuallifeexpectancyofmodulessoqualifiedwilldependontheirdesign,theirenvironmentandtheconditionsunderwhichtheyareoperated.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytomodulesusedwithconcentrators.
