【摘要】:Thisdocumentspecifiesalltheinformationnecessarytocarryoutefficientlyandunderstandardisedconditionsthedetermination,declarationandverificationoftheairbornenoiseemissionofsurfacetreatmentmachinesasstatedinAnnexA.Surfacetreatmentmachinesincludebutarenotlimitedto-machinesforcleaningandpre-treatmentofindustrialitemsurfaces,-machineryforcoatingandcolourmixing,-coatingplantsand-dryers,ovensandevaporatingequipment.ThisdocumentdescribesthedeterminationofemissionsoundpressurelevelsatworkstationsorotherspecifiedpositionsaswellasthedeterminationofsoundpowerlevelsforsurfacetreatmentmachinesasstatedinAnnexA.Thiscanbesmallsingleunits(e.g.handheldatomisingsprayingequipment)andalsocomplexmachineswithlargedimensions(e.g.machinesforcleaningandpre-treatmentofindustrialitemsurfaces,spraybooths,dryers),whichcouldalsobelinked.Incaseofverylargemachinesasdefinedin3.10thedeterminationofsoundpowerlevelmaybeverycomplicatedorcannotbedonewithareasonableamountofwork.Thereforeinthisdocument,themeasurementforverylargemachinesissimplifiedbydetermininganaveragedemissionsoundpressurelevelinsteadofthesoundpowerlevel.Thisdocumentspecifiesnoisemeasurementmethods,installation/mountingandoperationconditionsthatshallbeusedforthetest.Theuseofthisdocumentensuresthereproducibilityofthedeterminationofthenoiseemissioncharacteristicswithinspecifiedlimitsdeterminedbythegradeofaccuracyofthebasicnoisemeasurementmethodused(see5.1and6.1).Noisemeasurementmethodsallowedbythisdocumentareengineeringmethods(grade2)andsurveymethods(grade3).Forcontinuousflowdryersforpaper,boardandfoil(seeEN13023).Thisdocumentappliestosurfacetreatmentmachinesmanufacturedafterthedateofissueofthisdocument.
