【摘要】:Thistestmethodcoversameansoftestingthesurfaceinsulationresistivityofsinglestripsorpunchingsofflat-rolledelectricalsteelunderpredeterminedconditionsofvoltage,pressure,andtemperature.Thevaluesstatedineithercustomaryunits(cgs-emuandinch-pound)orSIunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Withinthetext,theSIunitsareshowninbrackets.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemarenotexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnonconformancewiththespecification.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
