【摘要】:Thistestmethoddescribesaprocedureforthedeterminationofbutylatedhydroxytoluene(BHT)(2,6-di-t-butyl-4-methyl-hydroxybenzene)inpolymersofethyleneandethylene-vinylacetate(EVA)copolymersbysolventextractionfollowedbygaschromatographicanalysis.Detectionofthecompoundisachievedbyflameionization,andquantitativeanalysisisobtainedbyuseofinternalorexternalstandards,asdescribedinPracticesE260,E355,andE594.ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.SpecificprecautionarystatementsaregiveninSection9.Note1-ThereisnosimilarorequivalentISOstandard.
