【摘要】:1.1Thistestmethoddescribesaprocedureforthevisualmeasurementofthecolorofessentiallylightcoloredliquids(Note1).Itisapplicableonlytomaterialsinwhichthecolor-producingbodiespresenthavelightabsorptioncharacteristicsnearlyidenticalwiththoseoftheplatinum-cobaltcolorstandardsused.Note18212;Aprocedureforestimatingcolorofdarkerliquids,describedforsolublenitrocellulosebasesolutions,isgiveninGuideD365.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.3Forpurposesofdeterminingconformanceofanobservedoracalculatedvalueusingthistestmethodtorelevantspecifications,testresult(s)shallberoundedoff"tothenearestunit"inthelastright-handdigitusedinexpressingthespecificationlimit,inaccordancewiththerounding-offmethodofPracticeE29.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.ForspecifichazardstatementsseeSection6.1.5Forspecifichazardinformation,seetheMaterialSafetyDataSheet.
